Everyones ideas and opinions are valued, and our teams feedback has help us to grow as a business, and develop and share our culture.
Three Plus hold quarterly all hands to keep the team updated, hold focus sessions on particular subjects and have regular meetings based on the business and projects we are working on.
Based on the teams feedback we have implemented various initiatives, including employee newsletters, a shared internet site and committees to help drive social and charity activities.

Training and Development

Everyone has different career goals and interests.
Three Plus work the the team to identify career paths and what we can do to support people to achieve this.
Whether this is mentoring, developing soft skills, getting involved in internal business projects, or enrolling an employee on Workday training and certifications, all options are reviewed and built into a personal development programme.

Team Social

Social Commitee

Our social committee is focused on creating that team vibe, boosting morale, and promoting fun in the workplace.
Recent activities include a visit to Electric Gamebox, the Crystal Maze experience, and lots of chances to grab a bite to eat or drink.

Charity Initiative

The 3+ culture is inclusive, supportive and we have a team who want to help their peers succeed. We work hard to nurture this environment and culture.​

Good mental health at work and good management go hand in hand and there is strong evidence that workplaces with high levels of mental wellbeing are more productive. Addressing wellbeing at work increases productivity by as much as 12%. ​In addition to this around 1 in 4 people will experience mental health problems of some kind in each year, so the likelihood is that it is something that has affected everyone in the team in some way. ​

This is why our team voted to support Mind Lambeth and Southwark, and we are supporting them with their great work.
